About Us
Peripheral Partners was established by Diane Crossley in 2006 to provide a fully outsourced HRM service to SME-type companies within the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
From the start, Diane had a vision to establish a business practice which took a more pro-active and strategic approach to HR services that goes beyond the traditional concept of compliancy, conflict resolution and recruitment, in delivering her value-add solutions. This solutions driven concept addresses the heart of the business in appreciating that a holistic HR approach to addressing working practices AND legislative conformance can directly correlate to improved business profitability.
Her stated ambition, supported by a strategic programme includes establishing a centre of excellence within the Y&H region for the delivery of contemporary HRM services specifically targeted at providing tangible Return on Investment for clients.
With experience in a wide range of industries from the voluntary sector to warehouse and distribution, financial and insurance and fast moving IT sector. Diane has a real understanding of the demands placed on HR departments and how outsourcing can offer organisations a real alternative HR solution.
Alongside HRM, Diane is passionate about using the latest in communications technology to enhance the HRM services provided. Using video streaming from MyVideoTalk(MVT) Peripheral Partners is utilising online tools such as video presentations and secure online web meetings to further enhance its HRM service offering.
Peripheral Partners takes a common sense approach to analysing the visible symptoms of HR issues and compliance. By identifying the route cause and providing suitable HR policies and procedures properly aligned to the key business processes and working practices.
The products and services provided by Peripheral Partners have been developed to act alone or as an integrated package as well as on an ‘as needed’ or outsourced retainer basis, depending upon clients needs and budgets.
We provide a proactive, planned and innovative approach that is tailored to our clients overall HRM requirements and conformance which simultaneously delivers holistic benefit in meeting the aims and objectives of their business whilst developing sustainable value and thereby provides a tangible return on the investment.
This holistic benefit journey begins with a diagnostic process which incorporates a best practice human resources review in assimilating the core problems to eliminate symptomatic issues and provides a HR strategic road map that is properly aligned with the clients’ company strategic vision and goals.
As an experienced HR professional, Diane understood the need to establish proficient partnerships’ with agencies providing complementary services for staff related business activities; e.g. H&S and Occupational Health, to ensure a one-stop shop portfolio for loyal clients.
